By using tools.cloudopsinnovation.com and related services ("Services") operated by CloudOps Innovation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

You may use our DevOps tools for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to: probe or attack systems without authorization, distribute malware, violate applicable laws, or abuse or overload our infrastructure. We reserve the right to limit or block access for abuse.
3. No Warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the tools are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use results (e.g., SSL or security checks) at your own risk. We are not liable for decisions made based on tool output.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudOps Innovation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero if the Services are free).
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including design, text, and software, are owned by CloudOps Innovation or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or resell our Services without written permission.
